Whether you meet us in person or proceed online: 1- You choose your fabric. We have a very large selection over a 1000 different types of fabrics to choose from. 2- Our Tailor takes your measurements and listens to your requests, note your requirement. Ask us any questions and we will advise you. If you order online, we send you an easy to follow order form, fully illustrated with clear pictures and instructions. We also remain at your disposition for any questions. All emails are answered within a few hours and you can call us or have a chat with us live through our website. 3- Once your full payment has been cleared. We order your fabric and communicate with our Master Tailor in Britain, He receives all the details of your order and measurement. 4-The Master Tailor designs the pattern, a “first model” is cut according to your personal measurements in Savile Row. 5-This "first model" made of a special canvas is shipped to us from Britain. 6-We contact you to organise a fitting session or if you proceed online, we send you this first model. Try it on and return it to us with your thoughts. We will get back to you to discuss those. 7-Once the first fitting is over. We return this model to the UK with all new parameters. 8-The Master Tailor creates a new pattern according to the first model and new instructions then he starts the cut. He builds and pieces together your garment. All the creation and making of your suit is made in Savile Row. Depending on how the first fitting went, a second fitting session may be necessary and could be required by the Master Tailor to improve the shape and to give that last touch. 9-Lining is placed, all button holes and stitching are finalised. The suit is completed and ready for the final fitting. 10-Then it is time to meet again once the suit has arrived. If you ordered online, we then send your suit. If some small alterations are still necessary, it’s all free of charge!
