We are visiting Sydney, Melbourne and Perth from time to time when we've got enough customers to meet there.

When we meet, you are able to see, touch fabric swatches and make your choice.

We help you on deciding on style, colour, fabric... and we take your measurement.

Please allow about 1 hour an a half per person. 2 to 3 hours for a small group and more than 4 hours for a larger group.

Because some customers tend to cancel their appointment in the last minute, we now require a non refundable deposit prior to meeting each customer.

How it works?

1. Contact us with your name and mobile phone number info@australiantailor.com

2. We let you  know when we are intend to visit your city, including our location, date and we discuss a time with you.                                                                                                      We try our best to be located in the CBD of each city.

3. Once we agree with a time, we charge you a $30 deposit which is non-refundable whether you cancel this appointment within 48 hours before our meeting or simply do not show up. We will not refund your deposit if you make the decision not to order either.

4. When we meet, we deduct your deposit from the total of your order.

Can't wait our next visit or you live in another city?

We come especially for you if your order is going to be over $1500 however the following conditions apply.  

The upfront payment of $1500 will be required prior to our visit.

This payment will be deducted of the total of your order which MUST BE of a minimum of $1500. Contact us for further discussions.

This payment is non-refundable if 

1. you cancel your appointment when we already have made all arrangement to come to see you (Hotel booking and airfare purchase)

2. you don't show up on the day.

3. you make the decision not to order (including cancellation after our visit) or to order less than $1500.

Founded in 2006, AustralianTailor.com is an Australian business. We're located in South Australia. We're online since November 2006.

We operate under our actual trading name since April 2009.

If you've seen cheaper online, you should think twice prior to order. Recently, I googled "Tailor Suit" and saw an ad for a custom suit starting at $99. Come on!

Many online sellers use the term "Tailor" and are most likely selling Ready to Wear suits that are altered to your size. This is not what tailoring is!

Be careful when sending your money. Most will take your money and will never send your order. Use PayPal and if the seller is not accepting it then PASS!

Finding an Armani or Hugo Boss suit on EBay for $200 or cheaper online? Do you really think it's possible? Think twice. Google "Fake Armani on EBay" and see what you get!

Fabrics:

We can make your suits in a large variation of fabrics. The list is long and includes wool, linen, silk, cotton, microfibre, velvet, corduroy, polyester...

Blend or 100%, name it, we have it !

We accept Bank Direct Deposit, Money Order, Cheque, and Paypal from Australian customers.

International buyers may pay with Paypal

All orders are proceed after your payment has been cleared by our bank.

Paying with Cheque may take several days to be cleared while Bank Direct Deposit may take up to two working days.

Paying with Direct Deposit is still possible and it's free. Just contact us when you are ready to order. See below.

We have minimum order conditions. Your order must be at least of 1 suit or 1 coat or 3 pairs of trousers or 5 Dress Shirts.

Ordering just one shirt or one trouser is not possible sorry.

Delivery : We send your suit within a month. Usually three weeks after reception of your correct measurement and cleared payment.

Measurement : When your payment has been cleared, visit our measurement page. Ask a friend to help you.

Surcharge applies for customers with a waist or stomach of 120 cm or over and/or who are 190 cm tall or over, contact us for details.

Colours : We can suggest many colours, plain or with stripes. Contact us to know if what you want is available.
