How it works?

1- We send you an order form

2- You take your measurement (It's easy and explained fully with pictures!)

3- Return the order form to us by email with your choice of colours, pattern and the cut desired for your suit.

4- We send you pictures to confirm your choice of fabric

6- We invoice you and once you have made your payment

7- We buy your fabric

8- We design the pattern of your suit and make it

Once you have made your payment, your suit is shipped to you within a month.

What is a Test Suit?

It is a suit we are going to make for the sole purpose to check your measurement before working on your actual suit.

The suit is made in wool blend (Or cotton if requested) - Plain colours and stripes fabrics.                                   

When you receive your test suit, you get a better look at how it fits.

If your Test Suit doesn't fit:

  1. We might ask you to return it (All postage to buyer's expenses) for free fittings or

  2. We ask you details on where it is not fitting and what (in your opinion) is needed to improve the garment or

  3. You email us your pictures wearing the Test Suit for us to figure out the issues.        

We offer one FREE Test Suit to our online customers placing an order for $1500 or more.

Total of the order must be paid upfront.

What is the difference between a Test Suit and your other suits? We use a smaller selection of fabrics only. 

We are not offering you as many choices as we usually do however you still have the choice of the cut.                                       There is no refund possible for a test suit.

Can your Test Suit be worn? Of course. It is a tailored suit that has been designed and made just for you.

Do I have to buy another suit after I get my Test Suit? Yes!

All test suits are reserved to our new customers only.

We are obviously losing money when making Test Suits however,we consider it as an investment. 

By convincing you to order online with us, we hope you to return and bring your friends along.

Can I meet you for my Test Suit?

Test Suits are reserved to customers ordering online only and also to those who place an order over $1500.      

 

How are we different from other tailors?

  • Deal direct with the tailor who will design, make your suit

  • All our fabrics are real - We are not selling fake wools

  • We are not selling "Made To Measures" suits - All our suits are fully tailored, designed just for you when you order them - We do not amend suits already made to your measures - We do not use pre-existing patterns to make your suit.

  • Free alteration services: We are fast and free!

 

We will assist you in your choice once you have purchased. We will be able to send you pictures or samples** of fabrics

**Conditions apply - To receive proper samples of fabrics, a deposit will be requested and returned once you have returned our samples.

 

We will make you pay $50 extras if your jacket length is over 80 cm

OR if your waist or stomach or chest is 120 cm wide or over.

This suit will be shipped to you from Australia.

Return Policy: Any issues once you have received your suit, contact us within a week. We will try our best to accommodate you and fix the problem you had. We want your satisfaction, we want you to return for more and tell your friends that we offer great suits for a lower price. See our Return Policy for further info.
