Before making a complaint, make sure to read and understand our Return Policy below.

Complaint for late orders will be accepted and investigated only if you have been waiting for more than 60 days.

We are not responsible for parcels being lost or delayed by the courier company or postal services and/or customs

We may alter our Return Policy without any further notice.

Buy with us and we will offer you free alteration service if your suit is not fitting well when you receive it. This free alteration will take place only if the mistake is ours.

Return it to us within 48 hours following delivery enclosing in your parcel a letter explaining what to alter and how many cm less or more you need. We will make the alteration free of charge and return the suit to you asap. Please note that the explanation letter is compulsory and must be found inside your parcel returned to us. Please write your full name and address in that letter. Also enclose (if living within Australia) a postpaid satchel to return your suit.

Conditions:

1- In all cases, all postage remain at your expenses. We will return your suit after postage has been paid.

2- This free alteration offer is good for ONE alteration only including Dress Shirts, Coats and Suits. If we alter your item for free and you receive it the second time, it's still not fitting, a new alteration will be possible for a small fee.

3- The free alteration must be no more than 5 cm.

4- Your purchase must be made through this website.

5- Any item not posted back to us after 48 hours after delivery, will be considered as a completed sale and no free alteration or/and exchanges will be possible.

 

To access our Return Policy, you MUST have complied with all our measurement conditions. If you have not sent at the time of your order, ALL the measures required and featuring in the following page: MeasureForMen, you won't be able to return for an exchange or claim a free alteration.

We accept the return of your item if you did post it back to us within 48 hours following its delivery to you.
Your item must be unworn, unused and odourless.

In the case, you have made a mistake in your measurement, your item may be exchanged, altered, remade at your own expenses.

Refunds depend on what it's materially possible at the time and AFTER your item has been returned obviously. To claim a refund, we must obviously be responsible for the issue.

Refunds are at our own discretion and may be given as a merchandise credit or money back.

Measurement fee (if any has been charged) as well as postage and handling are not refundable.

We do not exchange items that have been worn/used.

If you have made a mistake, the exchange is not possible or remains at our own discretion and your own expenses.

COLOURS CANNOT BE SUBJECT TO A RETURN.

Colours of items can look different according to each individual's perception and computer screen settings.

Returning your item because you have changed your mind regarding the colour or for other personal reasons is not acceptable.
We will also refuse any item stained or looking like used. You have 48 hours as we consider it's long enough to make up your mind. We will check when exactly you have received the item and returned it to us. If indeed we have made a mistake, we will alter for free when it's possible or remake your item.  If you do not comply with our return policy conditions and still return your item, we will not do anything and will not return your item either unless you are paying the return postage to us.
 

Any item not posted back to us after 48 hours following its delivery, will be considered as a completed sale.

All postage for return are at the expenses of the buyer only. No postage and handling are refundable.
